Remember Her. This is Brandi from the Eric in Columbine video. (Blonde)
Woman traumatized by Columbine massacre turns to drugs, and vanishes But once again, because Brandi Jo was an adult, there was little her parents could do when she decided to leave home or started using drugs again. Brandi Jo’s drug problem led to financial troubles. In 2005, she declared personal bankruptcy. She was convicted of drug possession and identity theft charges and sentenced to probation on Dec. 22, 2006. “She told us she really wanted to get off of the drugs and take care of herself. She was just so sad, it hurt so bad to see her like this,” her mother wrote. Four days later, on Dec. 26, Brandi Jo told her father that she was going out. “She was going to a friend’s house,” he said. But Brandi Jo didn’t come home that night or for several days. It wasn’t the first time that she had disappeared so her parents and sister initially weren’t alarmed much. They thought that their daughter might have being trying to skip out on her probation requirements. Later a man called and said someone had killed her and put her in the Platte River, Linda Malonson said. It was about a month after she had disappeared. The Malonsons filed a missing persons report. They gave investigators phone numbers of friends they found in her bedroom, Richard Malonson said. During the investigation, some wildly different versions of what had become of Brandi Jo began to surface. One explanation was that she overdosed on drugs and her body was dumped. Another friend said she was murdered and her body was dumped in a lake. Another person told authorities a killer hid her body in the mountains. Sheriffs investigators looked into many leads, but “nothing has panned out.” Seven years have passed since Brandi Jo went missing. “You pray for a miracle,” Richard Malonson said. Anyone with information that could help solve this case is asked to contact the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office at 303-277-0211.Woah

Murder On The Orient Express (2017) dir. Kenneth Branagh
The Disappearance of Brian Shaffer
On April Fool’s Day 2006, near OSU campus in Ohio, a medical student named Brian Shaffer (27) met up with a few friends for a night out on the town, a day before he was due to fly out to Florida to meet his girlfriend. Shaffer was in good spirits as the group went bar hopping, and around 1am they ended up at a bar called the Ugly Tuna Saloona; a camera mounted near the door captured a short glimpse of Shaffer chatting to other bar patrons before going in with his friends. The camera footage became the last known image captured of Brian Shaffer; after walking into the bar, he simply vanished into thin air.
The police were alerted to his disappearance after Shaffer’s girlfriend found out he had missed his flight the next day. To determine Shaffer’s movements investigators looked at the bar camera footage for that night - and were shocked. Every single person who entered the Ugly Tuna Saloona was filmed walking back out; everybody except Brian Shaffer. The building was examined carefully, and it was determined that there was no other exit Brian could have walked out of without being seen. The footage contained on every other security camera in the area also showed no sign of Shaffer. He has been listed as a missing person ever since.
Many conspiracy theories surrounding Shaffer’s disappearance have cropped up online, most concluding that Shaffer either left the bar in disguise or was cleverly smuggled out. Some people have even suggested he is buried inside the Ugly Tuna Saloona, or became a victim of the ‘Smiley Face’ killer. Until more facts surrounding his disappearance are unearthed, its likely the baffling case of Brian Shaffer will remain unsolved.

Someone: wow you’re really mature for your age
Me: thanks, it’s the childhood of abuse and neglect that forced me to grow up and learn how to care for myself and protect myself long before a child should have had to
